Check-in & check-out time?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00 at the latest. You can store luggage with us outside of these hours in our luggage room in the lobby.

Luggage

You can store luggage with us in our luggage room. Luggage is stored at your own risk.

Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner?

At the moment we dont serve any breakfast but next door you will find Camillo Bastrup. They are just around the corner from us. They are open from 7.30 till 17 AM on weekdays and from 10 till 16 on Saturdays. They have excellent coffee and some breakfast alternatives.

For information about lunch and dinner alternatives, please have a look at "Citybox Recommends" in the top menu.

TV?

Yes, all of our rooms have TV. We have also upgraded our wifi so that you should be able to stream whatever you prefer to your own device.

Door does not lock?

All of our doors lock automatically as long as they are proberbly closed. It is about an 10 second delay before the automatical lock activates. Even though the door is always open from the inside, it is still locked from the outside. Our Citybox Host can come along and check if you feel uncertain about the door being locked.

Is the water safe to drink?

Yes, it even tastes good!

Wifi

Just connect to the "citybox-guest" network and accept the terms on the landing page and you will have free wifi.

I need to exchange money!

Unfortunately we are not able to do currency exchange. But there are several banks just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Where can I park?

To arrange parking during your stay, please contact us at kristiansand@citybox.no. Please note that the garage is exclusively for hotel guests.

Parking Fee: The parking fee is 250 NOK per day. If you require electric vehicle charging, there is an additional fee of 100 NOK per day.

Parking options in the garage are only available until August 7th.
